National Guard Sales
Our most tenured team member, Kim understands the training needs of our Guardsmen and Airmen, working diligently to serve them. When she isn’t putting together education plans, you will find her cheering on her two sons on the wrestling mat or at the football field.
Corporate & Govt. Sales
Liz came to us from a large national courseware provider, Logical Operations. She serves our corporate and government contractor clients with dedicated classes and individual training needs. A talented vocalist, you will often find her performing locally in Rochester or recording in the studio on weekends.
Kelly is our Operations Manager, handling all of the management of student courseware, test prep, labs and resources. She also manages all of our Pearson VUE private test sessions. A pastor’s wife and mother of six, and soon to be a grandmother, she has little downtime tending to her family.
Instructor and Logistics Manager
Our lead CompTIA instructor, Jay, has the unique ability to take students with little to no IT experience and impart a credible understanding of IT security theory to them. He is also our lead Google, Microsoft Office and MS Project trainer as well. An invested father to his son Jacob, you might find them traveling, making music together or hanging out at the theme parks in Orlando.
Eric, our award winning EC-Council Instructor. He has won Instructor of the Year for six years running and is an all time student favorite! He teaches all of our EC-Council classes and is also a seasoned CISSP instructor. Recently engaged, he is busy planning a wedding in his free time, remodeling a home with his fiancee and hanging out with his well loved dog Dudley.
Chris hails form Georgia, and is our lead Microsoft MCT and expert in all things MCSA and MCSE. He is also a CompTIA Security+ and Linux+ expert as well. A father of three daughters in their teen years, he is busy traveling with family and balancing the busy schedules of his wife and daughters. He and his wife just celebrated their big anniversary in Hawaii.
Wayne is an expert presenter, trainer, author, and curriculum developer in the areas of project management, agile management, change management, ROI, ISD, quality, leadership, and team development. On the road as a keynote speaker for PMI, we work to schedule him as often as possible! Integrity is a core value for him – he fits right in!
Starting with a Bachelor and Masters degree in IT from the University of Maryland, Royal also has 36 years of IT, security and cyber experience with the USAF, L3, DoD and SAIC. His experience includes roles such as Cyberspace Operator and security and RMF for USAF space systems. With a vast breadth of 34 certifications, he teaches SANS, ISC2, ISACA, VMware, Oracle, Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA and NSA Infosec certification courses for us.
Desiree has over 14 years experience in IT and technical instruction. Loved by students and a Cisco favorite, she is often recording professional training videos for multiple vendors. She is an expert in many arenas, including being a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor, EC-Council CEI, VMWare Expert and a Microsoft Certified Professional. An additional passion is her desire to propel and inspire women in the IT industry.
A passionate IT consultant and instructor with 15 years experience, Rob is one of our key Cisco Certified Instructors and CompTIA experts. Proven at building internal and external customer value, he is know for communicating professionally and effectively. Are you in to fast cars? He is also an auto expert and a prior professional driver and motorsport consultant!
Don comes to us with over 15+ years of experience leading diverse IT & security operations in the USAF. He background in program management, cyber operations planning and execution, and Advanced C4 Solutions helps Don bring real world experience to impart to his students. Don teaches a broad range of subjects and certification courses for us, ranging from programming and pen testing to CASP and CISSP.
TJ has been teaching all things Cisco for us for years, and is also CompTIA and CISSP certified. After a decade at JCSE as a Satellite Communications Technician, he retired and moved in to DoD contracting before joining Cisco. He is most well known for successful Collaboration classes with voice and video equipment galore, and often takes time to troubleshoot and maintain our Cisco equipment. At the end of the day he would rather be fishing!
Brian is our lead instructor in the areas of Agile, Scrum and Lean Six Sigma. He is Lean Project Management Certified, a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a Scrum Master and a Kaizen Facilitator. Brian comes from a background of project management and process improvement in the healthcare industry. A dynamic teacher, he brings real world examples and experience to the classroom. His wife is a Principal and an amazingly gifted woman as well!
With 27+ years experience with Army Special Forces and Chenega Federal Systems, our students know that they have experience standing before them in the classroom! Kyle is an Information Technology professional with extensive experience supporting a broad range of information technology systems and software. He is known for his ability to teach a broad range of depth and skills in his classroom. Kyle is a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) and an Apple Certified Trainer (ACT).
Dr. Brian Salk, former Michigan National Guard, has written content for the Third, Fourth, and Sixth (release date: 2017) editions of the PMBOK® Guide, the defacto standard for running effective projects. He has successfully published a line of PMI approved courseware that he brings to the classroom. He is also an expert in Agile and ITIL, and teaches our management, leadership and coaching courses as well.
With 30 years of advanced IT experience in the Army, NAVSEA and Jacobs, Marcus brings rich experience and talent to our CISSP, CISM and CASP classes. An engaging teacher with decades of teaching the Army, he is a student favorite! He is also currently working on his Doctoral degree at USF. He is also a dedicated Cyber Tech volunteer for Manatee County.
Andrew is a true talent with over 20 years experience, recognized for his technical aptitude, product expertise, and outstanding presentation delivery. He has vast knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and security appliances and TCP/IP network infrastructure. He is also one of our talented Python instructors. He spends evenings and weekends helping to run a restaurant that he and his best friend just opened – great food and good beer!
POC, Proctor and Instructor
Dan has been our Panama City POC for years, managing our mobile classrooms and private testing centers at Tyndall AFB and various PC locations. With Military Information Systems Operations and Computer Systems Engineering experience he is well equipped to handle all we throw his way. He is also a talented CompTIA instructor for us, with a real heart to invest in each student’s success. At the end of the day he would rather be fishing or mudding in his Jeep.
POC and Proctor
Wade has been our longtime POC for our state of art classroom facility and private test center in Fort Walton Beach. A previous student and IT professional, he is busy on base in his IT role during the day He always makes time to manage all of of our classroom and student needs with nothing short of excellence. He is known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and his love for his wife, son and dog.
POC and Corporate Evangelist
If you have had the chance to meet Ron in Fort Walton Beach, you will never forget it! He used his GI Bill to take certification courses with us and then became one of our biggest cheerleaders and evangelists. Jon was a prior successful IT networking and cyber security student, having earned a multitude of certifications. He now spends time facilitating test sessions as a Pearson VUE proctor for our team. Busy on base as a seasoned cybersecurity engineer during the day, his nights and weekends are incredibly busy with two year old twins!
